NORTHERN WHITE ASH is an extremely tough hardwood. The product used by Chelsea Plank Flooring originates from Canada, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Northern Indiana. The material used for Ash floors has been kiln dried to a temperature well above the temperature required to kill and ash borers. Ash has a very pronounced grain structure, very similar to red oak, but is harder. Available as 3-4-5” pattern and may be available in select single widths as well. NATURAL MOUNTAIN ASH is available in 3-4-5” or 3-4-6” pattern floor. Character and better appearance. Natural color and color variations found in ash.
