Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel your order anytime without cost to you as long as the flooring has not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped to you, you will be responsible for any incurred shipping costs plus a 25% restocking charge on flooring. Special orders or Custom milled flooring orders cannot be canceled.
