Someone must be there to accept the delivery and it is your responsibility to bring the flooring into the home. Fright company drivers will only hand you cartons from the back of the truck. You may arrange for inside home delivery options at your own expense when you contact the freight company.
You should check the cartons for damage as well as proper quantity and stock number. You must note any damaged or missing items on the driver's bill of lading. Failure to do so will prevent us from filing a claim against the carrier, and will limit your ability to be refunded. Freight companies reserve the right to inspect any damaged material. Do not use or dispose of any damaged items since they become the property of the freight company. Always accept any undamaged cartons or you may be charged for return shipping and a handling/restock fee. We should be notified of any concealed damage seen later within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

If the order has already been shipped, you may return it for a refund, however you will be responsible for any shipping costs plus a 25% restocking fee. Before returning any item, you must call our customer service department at 1-866-761-9663 to receive a return authorization. Any merchandise returned without a return authorization will be refused and the carrier will charge you for return freight. We can only take back full, undamaged cartons in quantities of 4 or more. Moldings and accessories cannot be returned.
Once we receive your return you will receive a credit to your account. To avoid extra fees, return the merchandise in their original box including packing materials. We recommend you insure your shipment for the full value of the product.

Shipping Policy
Hardwood flooring will be shipped as soon as possible after the order is received, normally within 5 business days. When the shipment is sent, you will receive a confirmation email along with your freight bill number and the customer service number for the freight company. You can call this number to make arrangements for delivery.
